It provides a connection between Henri Coandă International Airport (formerly Otopeni) and Aurel Vlaicu International Airport (formerly Băneasa), the two main airports serving Bucharest, and also Gara de Nord, the city's biggest train station. This line provides wheelchair-accessible Mercedes Citaro vehicles.
